The deadline for submitting your registration and payment is Monday, July 17, 2017 at 11:59PM EST. Payment is due upon registration if paying via credit card or upon receipt of your online invoice if paying by another method. Space cannot be guaranteed for any registration that is not paid in full by this date.

*Groups of five or more from the same Institute will receive a 20% discount on registration fees for event dates July 24-27, 2017. Discount is not applicable to July 28 additional day registration or Fellow Training Curriculum. To receive this discount, please email conferences-www@mit.edu prior to submitting your registration.

Cancellations & Refunds
Requests for cancellations may be made online until Monday, July 17, 2017 at 11:59PM EST. To cancel after that date, please send email to conferences-www@mit.edu.   

Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before July 17 will be granted less a $335 processing fee for Staff, Instructors, and Administrators, and a $185 processing fee for Students and Postdocs. No refunds will be granted after July 17. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card that was used to make the original payment.

If due to cancellations, the number of people in your group attending falls below 5, the original fee will apply and you will be invoiced for the remaining balance. The primary registrant is responsible for all payments. Group discounts are only available to online registrants and cannot be done onsite.

Changes & Substitutions
You may access your registration record and make changes or substitutions until registration closes on July 17, 2017. After July 17, please email conferences-www@mit.edu.
