Conference Only Attendee: $600
Conference and Seminar: $700
Seminar ONLY: $125

Conference cost include admission to sessions, meals during the event, and conference materials.

SPONSORSHIPS
Exhibitor Sponsor: $2,500 per booth. This includes 2 workers who must register on the same day. One will be "Exhibitor First booth person" to which the $2,500 fee will be attached and the second will be "Exhibitor Second booth person." No exceptions can be made for extra workers once the conference is sold out. Companies purchasing 2 booths will be allowed 4 workers total.

Lunch Sponsor: 
$1,000 (Includes sponsor recognition but attendee registration must still be purchased)

Break Sponsor:  $500 (Includes sponsor recognition but attendee registration must still be purchased)

Non-Member Sponsors are limited to 3 total attendees
Member Sponsors are limited to 5 total attendees

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel on or before Oct 1, 2017 receive a 75% refund on all money collected.
Cancel Oct 2-14, 2017 receive a 50% refund on all money collected.
Cancel after Oct 14, 2017 will not receive refund.
