Welcome to our 7th Annual Conference!

Gold sponsor:

If there’s one thing we’ve been reminded of in recent months, it’s that nothing is fixed in stone, including culture. It seems everything’s up for grabs - this can be unsettling but also rich in opportunity.

Our conference this year approaches the theme of culture from a number of angles - shifting and transforming organisational and leadership culture; working with different cultures, building a coaching culture; building authenticity in a social-media focused culture; team coaching culture; the interface between coaching and business culture, and so on. And there are other themed sessions too.

This is our seventh annual conference since we took over the magazine in 2009, and we’re maintaining all the hallmarks of the success of our previous sell-out conferences. Engaging speakers; lots of choice of interesting and practical workshops/case studies/research sessions; the opportunity to network in a friendly self-contained yet spacious setting at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury in central London. And the perfect finish to the day - our annual awards where you can help celebrate the achievements of colleagues - or your own!

We hope you can join us for a rich and diverse day of inspiration, exploration, and learning.
