PLEASE NOTE:

You can access your registration form at any time (using your user name and password) to change or add details, upload, edit or delete an abstract, choose the presentation type, etc. Once you have registered, no payment has to be made immediately.  Even credit card payments will only be processed once the conference secretary has confirmed with you. In the case of sponsored delegates, you can indicate on the registration form that you will be sponsored and the registration fee will be billed to the sponsoring company (extra costs will be for your own account and a partial payment can be made for this amount only).
In order to submit an abstract you will have to register by supplying the basic detail.  Once your abstract has been accepted, you can add additional detail and arrange for the payment (EFT or credit card).

CONGRESS FEES
All fees will be charged in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments can be made by means of direct deposit into the conference account, or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

The congress fees includes admittance to all sessions, all congress material, refreshments during the breaks, lunches as well as two functions.
*The exhibition stand fee applies to companies who will build a stand. The fee covers the costs for 2 representatives for the duration of the congress, space for a built stand and entrance to the two functions. Additional trade representatives have to pay the additional registration fee, as well as the functions fees should they wish to attend.
**The exhibition table fee applies to companies who would only require a table and chairs for their exhibition. The fee covers the costs for 2 representatives for the duration of the congress, space for a table and chairs and entrance to the two functions. Banners may be placed within the space allowed. Additional trade representatives have to pay the additional registration fee, as well as the functions fees should they wish to attend.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received before 15 July 2017 will result in no cancellation fee being levied.
Cancellations received between 16 July and 31 August 2017 will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations after 1 September 2017 will forfeit all fees paid.

Candice Penfold.




Includes admittance to all sessions, all conference material including the Book of Abstracts, refreshments during the conference breaks, lunches, the welcoming function and conference dinner, the industry visits (only a limited number of seats per visit available)
