We are excited to present the 2017 GACA Fall Training Conference & Retreat!


DEEPEN YOUR CLINICAL PRACTICE

Our training and education courses will provide you with deeper insight, knowledge, and skills needed to work in the field of addiction treatment and recovery in these difficult times. 

You must register for courses at this time. 

Please complete the conference course registration. For more details click on the Agenda tab.  

Mark course selections carefully. (Avoid course overlap, i.e. a 6 hour course is a full day; therefore, a 3 hour course cannot be taken on the same day). Any overlapping courses will be dropped.

Registrations received after October 8, 2017 will be accepted if space and processing time permits. Please contact the GACA office at gaca@gaca.org for space availability after October 8, 2017. Additional fees apply for late registrations. 

*Full Conference Rate Includes Opening Session through close of conference on Wednesday. If you are not selecting the Full Conference Rate but want to attend the Sunday Evening Opening, please add the Opening Session fee when making your payment. 

Full Conference is the 3 day rate. There is not a separate rate if registrant chooses to attend Monday-Wednesday and not the Sunday evening session. Half day rates are not available.

Student rate is $275 before September 7, 2017, for Full Conference registration only and is available for currently enrolled students. Proof of current student status required and must be faxed to GACA at 770-434-3144 or emailed to gaca@gaca.org when registering online.   

A limited number of scholarships are available to GACA Members. To apply please download this application, complete it, and email the application with supporting documents to gaca@gaca.org or mail them to GACA.  Scholarship applications must be received by September 7, 2017 by 4:00pm to be considered. Applications are approved based on criteria, financial need, and available funds. Scholarships do not cover lodging or meals.

*Full Conference fee includes the Sunday Night Opening Presentation and Dinner. However, if you plan to attend and receive credit for attendance you must register for them.


Registration fee includes the Monday Membership Luncheon, Tuesday Lunch & Learn. However, if you plan to attend and receive credit for attendance you must register for them below. If you are not staying at Legacy Lodge and are planning to have any dinner or lunches at Legacy Lodge, please purchase meal tickets through GACA registration when you make your payment.   • PAYMENT BY CHECK/MONEY ORDER -  If paying by check or money order, please mail check/money order for full amount due payable to:

    Your registration will not be complete until payment has been received. If you are mailing a check or payment information at the early bird rate, it must be received in the GACA office by September 10, 2017. If you are mailing check or payment infor for the regular rate, it must be RECEIVED in the GACA office by October 8, 2017. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON-SITE AT THE CONFERENCE. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE. Registrations paying by check or money orders that are not RECEIVED in the GACA office by October 8, 2017, will automatically be cancelled. AFTER October 8th REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ARE BY CREDIT CARD ONLY ONLINE ONLY. Please call the GACA office at 770-434-1000 if you need to work out a method of payment. 

    PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD - If paying by credit card please select credit card box on checkout page and provide credit card information.
      

    CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY -
    Only written cancellation requests received midnight October 8, 2017, will be honored and are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee.  Substitutions are recommended in lieu of cancellations.  No refunds will be given for No Show registrants.
