Afternoon Keynote speakers are Gilbert C. Liu, MD, MS, Medical Director of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services and Chair of Urban Health Policy Research at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, and Barbara Sears, Director of the Ohio Department of Medicaid who will share with us ways these programs are using data to improve health.
