*Publishers attending and publishers not attending may purchase exhibit tables and advertisement space through this form. 6-foot tables may be purchased for $450 for the first table; $250 for an additional table. Advertisement space ranges from $250-$500.
**Student ID required. If a valid student ID cannot be presented, Standard Participant rates apply.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations may be made online until July 15, 2018 at 11:59PM EST. To cancel after that date, please send email to conferences-www@mit.edu. Requests for refunds received prior to July 15, 2018 at 11:59PM EST will be granted less a cancellation fee of $100 for Standard Participants and Publishers, $50 for Students and Accompanying Persons, and $10 per social event ticket.

No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card that was used to make the original payment.

Changes & Substitutions
You may access your registration record and make changes or substitutions until online registration closes on July 15, 2018 at 11:59PM EST. After July 15, please email conferences-www@mit.edu.

Public Transportation and Parking
The conference is within walking distance of the Kendall/MIT stop on the MBTA Red Line. Information on public transportation is available at: http://www.mbta.com.

On weekdays, there is no public parking available on the MIT campus. The closest public parking lots to the conference are the Boston Marriott Cambridge garage, the Kendall Center Yellow Garage, and the Kendall Center Green Garage. Visitors may find information on off-street parking in the local area at http://web.mit.edu/facilities/transportation/parking/visitors/public_parking.html
