Masterclass outline:

For over 25 years, Steve has been helping people make a bigger difference somewhere in their lives. This has included over 50 chief executives and heads of the Civil Service, the National College of School Leadership, the NHS and other government departments and thousands in their organisations. He now wants to pass on anything he’s learned to other coaches and advisors.

Along the way, he has distilled down the very best he’s found about leadership into his simple approach, Future - Engage - Deliver or FED, that The Times describes as “the no-nonsense approach shaking up the world of leadership”. He has summarised this approach in the UK’s top leadership book, Leadership Plain and Simple.

Masterclass aims & objectives:

The aim is to have you leave the session clearer than ever about what’s involved in leadership and how you can be even stronger at growing it in others.

Masterclass content:

In the totally interactive session, Steve will walk you through the key aspects of FED so that you can see how you can make an even bigger difference and also help clients do the same.

In particular we will look at:

  • how we play a lesser game by being in Operator/Manager Mode rather than our best Leader Mode
  • how we can all flex and develop our Future Leadership Muscle
  • how we can all be more engaging of others
  • how we can help people deliver more now and grow so they can deliver more later
  • how we can better manage The Four Energies to help us all make a bigger difference.

Steve Radcliffe is one of Europe’s top leadership experts and author of the UK’s number one book on leadership. In the last 20 years, he has provided leadership guidance to over 50 chief executives and heads of the Civil Service, the National College of School Leadership, the NHS and other government departments. He is most well known for his powerful leadership development approach, Future – Engage – Deliver, that The Times describes as “the no-nonsense approach shaking up the world of leadership”. It has been the approach used in his and his team’s work helping grow leaders at all levels of organisations like Boots, First Direct, GKN, Unilever, Marie Curie, The National Trust, NSPCC, government departments, schools, hospitals and more.

Steve has summarised his approach in the UK’s top leadership book, Leadership Plain and Simple. For five years now, it has been the number one book in the more than 80,000 offered in a search for ‘leadership’ on Amazon. As a speaker, Steve has shared the stage with the likes of David Cameron, Lord Coe and Lord Gus O’Donnell and appeared as a leadership expert on the BBC News.
