Registration

The deadline for submitting your registration is Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 11:59PM EST. Space cannot be guaranteed for any registration that is not submitted by this date. Advance registration is strongly encouraged, as space is limited. On-site registration may be offered on a space-available basis.

Check-in begins at 10:30AM on February 8 in the Beaver Room, located at the back entrance of the Walker Memorial Building (Building 50). The program will start promptly at 11:00AM.

NOTE: Please check-in at the registration desk by 10:50AM or your seat will be forfeited.

Public Transportation and Parking

Walker Memorial is within walking distance of the Kendall/MIT stop on the MBTA Red Line. Information on public transportation is available at: http://www.mbta.com/. 

On weekdays, there is no public parking available on the MIT campus. The closest public parking lots to Walker Memorial are the Boston Marriott Cambridge garage, the Kendall Center Yellow Garage, and the Kendall Center Green Garage. Visitors may find information on off-street parking in the local area at http://web.mit.edu/facilities/transportation/parking/visitors/public_parking.html.

Cancellations and Changes
Requests for cancellations, substitutions, or other changes may be made online until February 1, 2018 at 11:59PM EST. To cancel or make a change after that date, please email conferences-www@mit.edu.
