The 2018 Ohio Mass Spectrometry and Metabolomics Symposium will provide an opportunity for academic and industrial researchers to present their findings, share information, discuss research challenges with colleagues, and spark new collaborations in the rapidly advancing fields of metabolomics and mass spectrometry. This 2-day joint meeting of the 2nd Annual Conference on Food and Nutritional Metabolomics and 15th Annual Ohio Mass Spectrometry Symposium will again be hosted by Ohio State's Foods for Health initiative, with the Metabolomics Society and the scientific journal, Metabolites, serving as media partners.  

The conference agenda includes:
  • Plenary sessions in Food and Nutritional Metabolomics (Chair: Josh Blakeslee), Multi-omics for Health (Chair: Ewy Mathé), Advances in Mass Spectrometry (Chair: Amanda Hummon), and NMR- and/or MS-based Metabolomics (Chair: Rafael Brüschweiler)
