Program Description:

The Eastside Rail Corridor (ERC) is a 42-mile (former rail) corridor that is planned to be transformed into a world-class regional trail system. Once completed, the ERC will connect some of King County's largest and fastest growing communities on the Eastside like never before. In its entirety, the ERC that will offer recreation and non-motorized transportation opportunities to the residents of Renton, Bellevue, Kirkland, Woodinville, Redmond and portions of unincorporated King and Snohomish Counties. Join presenters Curt Warber (King County), Kari Page (City of Kirkland), and Jeff Aken (City of Redmond) as they discuss the history, opportunities, and challenges associated with developing this expansive new trail network amongst various agencies, economic development, municipalities, and stakeholders.
