Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given for cancellations. No refunds will be given for any portion of the registration not used. Cancellations may be made online by October 3, 2018 at 11:59PM EDT. To cancel after that date, please send email to conferences-www@mit.edu.   

Late Cancellations & No Shows
SPURS alumni, DUSP alumni, DUSP students, and MIT faculty who fail to attend and do not cancel on or before October 3, 2018 at 11:59PM EDT, will incur a $25 processing fee. Cancellations must be received in writing on or before October 3 via email to conferences-www@mit.edu. Attendance is verified upon check-in at the registration/information desk. Please allow enough time to do this prior to the start of sessions. Failure to check-in will constitute a failure to attend. No exception will be made to this rule; compliance will ensure that funds and food are not wasted.

Changes & Substitutions
You may access your registration record and make changes or substitutions until registration closes on October 3, 2018 at 11:59PM EDT. To make a change after that date, please send email to conferences-www@mit.edu

Early reservations are strongly encouraged. MIT Conference Services does not handle individual reservations. Changes and/or cancellations to hotel reservations should be made directly with the hotel.

Public Transportation and Parking
The easiest way to get to MIT is by public transportation. The closest MBTA stop to the program is the Kendall/MIT stop on the MBTA Red Line. Information on public transportation is available at: http://www.mbta.com.

If you must drive, allow time for city traffic and limited parking options. On weekdays, there is no public parking available on the MIT campus. The closest public garages to the program are the Boston Marriott Cambridge Garage, the Kendall Center Yellow Garage, and the Kendall Center Green Garage. Hourly rates vary but typically will cost $40 - $50 for a full day.
