1:15pm-2:15pm: The Nuts and Bolts of Workplace Investigations

Speakers: Stephanie Yang, Jackson Lewis and Kasia Nowak, Fisher Phillips

This presentation will cover the "who, what, when, where, why, and how" of workplace investigations. Who should be interviewed? What types of claims need to be investigated? When should the investigation occur? Where should the interviews take place? Why should an outside investigator be retained? And perhaps most importantly, the presenters will explain how you can conduct a foolproof investigation.

2:15pm-3:15pm: Sexual Harassment in the #MeToo Era

Speakers: Marcus Lee, Lewis Brisbois and Jennifer Martinez, Hanson Bridgett

The presenters will discuss strategies for handling litigation and minimizing damages in the #MeToo era of sexual harassment claims. The presenters are experienced litigators who have defended both companies and individual defendants in sexual harassment claims.

3:30pm-4:30pm: Updates in Wage and Hour Litigation

Speakers: Melissa Whitehead, Freeman Mathis & Gary and Laura C. McHugh - Duggan Law Corporation

This presentation will feature recent updates in wage and hour litigation, best practices for defending class action wage and hour litigation, and recent developments in Federal wage and hour regulations issued by the Department of Labor.
