Payment is due upon registration if paying via credit card or upon receipt of your online confirmation if paying by another method. Space cannot be guaranteed for any advance registration that is not paid in full by the online registration deadline. Advance registration is strongly encouraged. On-site registration may be offered on a space-available basis by cash or check only.

Registrants may purchase ticket(s) to the social events on a space-available basis. An extra ticket may be purchased for a guest at the following cost: music evening at the Lizard Lounge ticket @$35 and cocktail cruise on the Charles River ticket @$135.

Cancellations & Changes

Requests for cancellations or other changes may be made online until September 27, 2018 at 9:00AM EDT. To cancel or make a change after that date, please send an email to

Refunds for cancellations received by email on or before September 27 will be granted less a $50 processing fee for the forum, and $50 processing fee for the cocktail cruise on the Charles River. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. Credit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the original payment.
