REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
Continental breakfast, break refreshments, lunch and Continuing Education credits.
 Note: Retired physicians and others may register at the RN rate.

Please note: Tuesday, November 6th is Election Day. The conference will run from 8:00am to 4:20pm that day. Please plan accordingly.

Registration payment must be made by credit card or check. Registrations that are not paid by 10/29/18 are not guaranteed.

Check Payment
  • Please register on this website before mailing your check payment. 
  • Select the 'Check' payment option from the drop-down menu on the checkout page and follow the check mailing instructions. Please include a copy of the registration confirmation receipt with your check.
  • Make the check payable to March of Dimes. 

STUDENT REGISTRATION 
Please submit verification of student status, e.g., copy of current course schedule or current registration, or current student ID, or faculty letter. A scanned copy or photo of documentation is acceptable. Email to: caprofed@marchofdimes.org

GROUP DISCOUNT
Receive a 10% discount on registration fees for groups of 4 or more. All registrations must be completed together online and paid with the same payment type. 
  • Complete the registration form and select workshop sessions for the first group member, then click ‘Add Another Person’ to create a group and add members.
  • You must provide a different email address for each group member to ensure that all group members receive a confirmation email.
  • The group discount will calculate automatically at checkout. 
  • Please email caprofed@marchofdimes.org or call (415) 217-6387 with any questions related to group discounts. 
  • The group discount does not apply to the student registration rate.
Credit Card Payment: All group member registration fees must be charged to the same credit card. 

Check Payment: 
Group members can pay with individual checks by selecting the 'Check' payment option on the checkout page.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
  • Cancellations must be received no later than 10/26/18 to receive a refund of registration fees, less a non-refundable processing fee of $50.  
  • Cancellations received after 10/26/18 are not eligible for a refund. 
  • Refunds for canceled registrations will be made by the original payment method. 
    • Credit Card: Refunds can only be made to the credit card used in the original purchase. 
    • Check: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of check refunds
