    CONFERENCE FEE AFTER APRIL 15, 2019 - $125
    EXHIBITOR FEE - $425 includes one exhibitor attendee
    GOLF FEE - $100 UNTIL APRIL 15, 2019, $125 AFTER APRIL 15, 2019
    FIRST AID/CPR CERTIFICATION FEE - $50
