This is the 2nd year of a very exciting opportunity for the Guild!  We are looking to tap into the vibrant Belfast summer community.  The area has a long tradition of supporting the arts & crafts and this new venue has quickly become a staple gathering place within the community.  Don’t miss out on this opportunity!

Date and Hours:
Set-up Friday August 16th set up- possible wine tasting opening 5-8 pm (TBD)
Show Saturday August 17th 9am - 5pm  
Show Sunday August 18th 10am - 4pm

  • United Farmers Market Event Center, Belfast Maine
  • 30 Indoor booths 
  • Electricity: 300 watts for indoor booths. Bring 25’ extension cord and power strip.
  • Pipe & drape will not be provided.
    Fees: There is an additional $100. fee for Non-Members.

    Payment Instructions

    • Full Payment:
      By credit card. Automatically secures your booth today.
      By check: Booth is held for 7 days. If a check for full payment is not received within 7 days, your registration will be cancelled and your booth returned to inventory.
      Partial Payment  or 2-check method (not possible after June 1) 
      By check. You may make a partial payment of no less than 1/2 down by check. You must also include a post-dated check for the balance. Your space will be held for 7 days. If the current check for your deposit and the check for your balance post-dated to June 1 are not received in 7 days, your registration will be cancelled and your booth returned to inventory. Your post-dated check will not be deposited until 6/1.

      PLEASE NOTE: If your payment in full is not received within 7 days, your booth will be returned to inventory and your registration cancelled.


      There will be a $25 fee charged for any check returned due to insufficient funds.
