The training is based on the philosophy that the common denominator in any organizational community is RELATIONSHIPS. Organizational relationships work best when individuals focus on the impact of their behavior rather than intent.

The instructor led workshop will give the attendee some practical tools and techniques that will improve their ability to engage in communication with others that:

  1. supports them appropriately;
  2. discerns the boundaries (property line) of others;
  3. honors professional boundaries.

MODULE 1 – DEVELOPING A THOUGHTFUL PERSONA (AWARENESS)

MODULE 2 – THE LAW & THE  POWER OF WORDS (ANALYSIS)

MODULE 3 – MANAGING BOUNDARIES (ACTION)

- communicate effectively with coworkers that respect their physical, emotional and psychological boundaries.

- build rapport with others while maintaining professional boundaries
-set appropriate boundaries with others through the use of a dialogue skill set
