The HBCU Career Development Marketplace is a national conference designed in 2004 to inform and educate top undergraduate students of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) about how to achieve success in corporate America.  During this national conference, students attend a series of workshops on leadership, what to expect after graduating and on how to effectively begin a career.  The students speak face-to-face with experienced HBCU alumni from many different professions and gain access to representatives from corporations, organizations and government agencies seeking to hire talented students. The event continues to grow and it ultimately benefits talented graduating students. Thank you for your participation and support of this event.

This annual event brings students from across the United States together with corporations, organizations and government agencies interested in enhancing their workplace diversity by recruiting interns and employees from the nation’s HBCUs.

Participating in this national conference is an excellent marketing tool for you and your company. It gives you the opportunity to showcase your product or service to hundreds of students from top schools and network with other notable companies and government agencies.

    Please Note
    Whether registering online or by mail, checks/money orders will be accepted until September 20, 2019.
    Full payments must be made by the registration deadline of September 20, 2019. 

    If a registrant is unable to attend, an attendee substitution may be made in writing no later than three business days prior to the event. On site substitutions will not be permitted. If a registrant needs to cancel without an attendee substitution, the cancellation must be made in writing no later than one week prior to the event to receive full credit toward the next event. If a registrant does not attend the event, they are responsible for the entire registration fee. No refunds will be given, no exceptions.     Event Cancellation
    HBCU CDM Inc. and the hosting organization, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel any event at any time. All fees paid by Exhibitor shall, in the sole discretion of HBCU CDM Inc., be either credited to future events or refunded. If the exposition or any part thereof is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of HBCU CDM Inc. such as, but not limited to, damage or destruction to buildings, war, riots, strikes, weather, acts of government, or acts of God, then HBCU CDM Inc. will issue credits but is not obligated to refund any fees. In all cases, credits from event postponement or cancellation must be used within 12 months of the original postponement/cancellation dates. After 12 months, a credit on the account will be considered non-refundable by HBCU CDM Inc.
