Join us for either 2 or 4 days of maternal and newborn survival education.  We're offering both Helping Mothers Survive Bleeding after Birth-Complete (HMS BAB-C) and Helping Babies Survive Helping Babies Breath (HBS HBB) back-to-back October 21-24, 2019.  Sign up for an individual 2-day course or register for all 4 days and receive a discounted rate.  HMS is SOLD OUT.  

These courses provide simulation-based skills training and guidance for implementation of HMS and HBS programs in low-resource settings. BAB-C and HBB are award-winning programs designed to catalyze and advance sustainable international programs for newborn and maternal health.

Continuing Education Credit
Nursing (CNE Credit)
The University of Colorado College of Nursing is an approved provider of continuing nursing education credit by the Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
These educational offerings are provided by the University of Colorado College of Nursing Office of Continuing Education for a maximum of:
Helping Mothers Survive Bleeding After Birth Program - 14.25 contact hours
Helping Babies Breathe 2nd Edition - 12.6 contact hours

American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM Credit)
The American College of Nurse-Midwives has approved the Helping Mothers Survive Bleeding After Birth program for a total of 14.25 continuing education credits.

The American College of Nurse-Midwives has approved the Helping Babies Breathe 2nd Edition program for a total of 12.6 continuing education credits.

A general Certificate of Attendance can be provided upon request.

Refund Policy
If you find you are unable to attend, please read this policy carefully. Our programs are priced to provide the best value possible for current healthcare CE. Because of this, it is important to provide registration opportunities to all those interested in attending within the capacity allowable.

If you request cancellation by 5:00 pm on Friday, October 4, 2019 a refund will be issued less a $40.00 non-refundable processing fee for the program.

No refunds will be granted after 10/4/19 for cancellations or non-attendance.

If the College of Nursing must cancel the event, a full refund minus handling fees will be granted to participants.
