New York- New Jersey Intergovernmental Audit Forum Fall 2019 Meeting

The New York-New Jersey Intergovernmental Audit Forum (NYNJIAF) will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, September 26 at Baruch College, 151 East Main Street, New York City NY.  Registration will begin at 7:30am.  The meeting is scheduled to run from 8:30am – 4:30pm.  

Robert Mancuso, Assistant Inspector General for Information Technology Audits and Computer Crime Investigations (ITACCI), U.S. Department of Education will deliver the morning keynote on “Fighting Fraud through Diversity of Skillsets and Disciplines”

Other planned presentation topics include: 2018 Yellow Book Updates, Fraud Risk Identification and Mitigation, Visualizing Fraud in Data, Ethics and Artificial Intelligence.

This meeting will offer 7 CPE credits at a cost of $100.  The registration fee includes continental breakfast and lunch.  

No prerequisites and/or advance preparation is required to attend.  Appropriate dress is Business Casual. 

Registrations will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 or whenever capacity is reached. Seating is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.

The New York-New Jersey Intergovernmental Audit Forum (NYNJIAF) is one of ten Regional Audit Forums and serves New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands. The primary purpose of the Forum is to promote communication, coordination, and cooperation among the federal, state, and local audit agencies throughout our region to foster effectiveness and efficiency of governmental operations.
