Help your child develop wellness habits, environmental awareness, social skills, imagination and creative expression with the Yoga Calm Summer Camp.

Camp activities are slow paced so children can sink into the experience and have time to dream and explore nature while learning yoga and other lifelong wellness habits. With this fun, creative and highly experiential approach to nature and wellness education, meaningful connections between personal and planetary health can be drawn, fostering a lifelong interest and love for the natural world.
Camp includes:
  • Yoga poses to release energy, learn compassion, and develop strength, concentration and self-confidence
  • Mindful snack that children actually create from food from the garden
  • Drumming and movement activities
  • Friendship and social skills
  • Storytelling and relaxation
  • Nature walks and plant identification - learning to know and love plants
  • Time to observe nature and allow the quiet of nature to calm our bodies and minds
Through Yoga Calm practice, your child will develop more personal awareness and learn specific strategies to maintain focus and manage their emotions and impulses. Over time, Yoga Calm skills and practices develop greater health, self-mastery and well-being.
This camp is open to all, ages 7 through 12, and is beneficial for children with attention and social difficulties.
Please contact us about suitability for your child or for more information.
