Online Registration

The deadline for online registration has been extended to April 3, 2011.

Payment is due upon registration if paying via credit card or upon receipt of your online invoice if paying by another method. The final deadline for online registration is April 3, 2011.  Space cannot be guaranteed for any advance registration that is not paid in full by this date.  Advance registration is strongly encouraged.

On-site Registration/Information Desk Hours

If you are unable to finalize your plans or payment by April 3, you may still register at the on-site registration desk which will be available during session hours on Monday & Tuesday, April 11-12 beginning at 8:00 am daily in the lobby of Kresge AuditoriumOn-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis.

Registration includes all sessions, breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks on April 11-12, 2011.  Symposium attendees may also purchase tickets to the dinner banquet on April 11 for $80 each.  Space is limited.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made online until April 3, 2011.  To cancel or make a change after that date, please send email to  

Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before April 3 will be granted less a $15 processing fee.  No refunds will be granted after that date.  No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. Once purchased, banquet tickets are non-refundable. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check.  If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund.  Credit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the original payment.
