The Wild Horse Symposium is a special one-day event that will explore recent scientific, regulatory, and practical developments in the use of reversible contraceptives to manage wild horse and burro populations in North America. This one-day symposium, sponsored by the Annenberg Foundation, the Humane Society of the United States, the Bureau of Land Management and the National Park Service will feature a series of invited presentations and panels consisting of researchers, government representatives, and private citizens who are testing and applying contraceptives for management of wild horses and burros. All who are interested in wild horse and burro management are welcome.
