Advance Registration

The deadline for submitting an online registration for this event is September 2, 2011.  Registration fees are payable online by credit card.  Payment may also be made via check or wire transfer. All registrations must be paid in full on or before September 2, 2011.  Space cannot be guaranteed for any online registration not paid in full by this date.  All team member attendees are required to register by September 2; pre-registration is strongly encouraged for all other general participants.

Please present your student ID at registration check-in.  If your status as a high school/undergraduate student cannot be confirmed, you will not be eligible for this fee.  


What's Included

Your Jamboree registration fee includes team presentations on Sunday, a social event on Sunday, and the awards ceremony on Monday
.

Your registration also covers refreshments on Saturday evening during the team practice sessions; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sunday; and breakfast and lunch on Monday.

The Registration/Information Desk will be open during Jamboree session hours.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made online until September 2, 2011.  Changes after that date should be made at the on-site registration desk.

Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before September 2 will be granted less a $50 processing fee.  No refunds will be granted after that date.  All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, unless decided otherwise at the organizers' discretion.  If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund.  Credit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the original payment.

iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of an individual to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.
