We are pleased to invite your participation as an exhibitor at the Future by Design Workforce 2006 Conference and Workshops scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, February 6 and 7, 2006 at the Doubletree Guest Suites, South Center.

The cost of lunch on both days for one person is included in the exhibitor registration fee. Time is provided at the
beginning and end of the day and around meals and breaks for conference attendees to visit your exhibit.

Day One - February 4
Conference format with Keynote by Jan Harrison and wide range of concurrent session topics

Exhibit Fees:

     * Exhibitor fee for 2 days is $250 (includes one 6 foot by 30 foot table and lunch on both days for one person)
     * Electrical Power $50
     * Extra tables $50
     * Extra lunches $25
     * Internet Connections (Wireless in lobby)

Please note: The cancellation fee is $25. Please cancel your registration on-line, to request a refund. You may request a refund minus the $25 fee up to 3 working days prior to the event. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
