Increasing The Effectiveness of Management Review
A management review process when seen as part of the strategic activities of the organization is one of the foundations of an effective management system. This seminar will provide information and materials that can strengthen the management reviews in your organization. Included will be the “who, when and how” of management review, topics of management review, and a follow-up process for maximizing the effectiveness of management review. Templates for improved management review recordkeeping will be provided in the training materials for this seminar.
Each participant will receive a training manual that will follow the power point presentation to provide for efficient note-taking.
Richard Everhardt is a graduate of Bowling Green State University (M.S. Education) with over 35 years’ experience in small business, management and supervisory training, management development and quality management consulting. He has lead the quality management certification efforts in over seventy-five companies. He is a staff member of the Owens Community College and has served as adjunct faculty at numerous colleges and universities. He has authored training materials used in businesses and schools throughout the United States. He is an inductee into the Marketing Education Hall of Fame and the recipient of Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” for his work with entrepreneurs. He has earned Lead Auditor Status for ISO 9001:2008 and is a Lead Auditor for AQA International and NSF-ISR.
