PENDING---- New Redevelopment Law.  What will this mean to municipalities, developers, property owners and residents?  What will be the new determination of blight and how will it affect valuations?  How will the new legislation impact the redevelopment of Super Storm Sandy-stricken neighborhoods?  Come learn the new approach to condemnation and why the new law provides more protection for property owners.  Thomas Olson, managing partner of the firm McKirdy & Riskin, P.A. and Arthur A. Linfante, principal with the Value Research Group,LLC, will analyze and discuss the new law and the potential impact on redevelopment and its use of eminent domain.  These two leading redevelopment experts will analyze the approved amendments to the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law in New Jersey from a tax assessor's prospective.

This half-day workshop is designed for tax assessors but it is open to all municipal and professional consultants and stakeholders who want to gain a better understanding of the current roles and challenges of tax assessors.
