Profitability:  Making  Money with Magic

We all love Magic ... but how do we make a good living with it? This year we will hear from some of the experts on:

  • Code faster
  • Write more maintainable and robust code
  • Take advantage of the new features in eDeveloper
  • Avoid common coding pitfalls
  • Write once, deploy different ways
  • Writing applications with visual appeal
  • Writing applications that enhance the corporate bottom line
  • How to make your application run in more environments.
  • Make your boss appreciate you more and pay you more.
  • How to reach the market for your application
  • Getting paid what you are worth
  • Networking with other developers and managers

Our speakers this year include:

  • Art Pennington, returning this year with Roger Ross, to talk about the Profit method in action, as Roger used it in a real application over this past year.
  • Yuval Asheri, who will give classes on some of the more technical aspects of
  • and more!

All meals are included.

The Shootout: Productivity

Have you done something creative that has increased your productivity, or that of your users? Show the rest of us and win a prize! The top prizes are always great (previous years included copies of eDeveloper, iPods, and satellite radios), but everyone will receive something for participating. Click the Shootout tab for details.

Call for presenters

Email Heidi Schuppenhauer at heidis13@email.com, or give me a call at (425) 397-8000.

Tuition is $765 per person, $100 for spouses that are attending some of the meals. Teachers and speaker will get a rebate depending on turnout. There is also an early-bird price til 3/15. The fee includes ALL the meals, so while it is a bit higher than in previous years, you may end up spending less and getting really first-class food too. Plus, you'll have more time to network with your favorite people and make new contacts too.

You can pay by credit card using the "Pay with Paypal" link on the payments page (it accepts just a regular credit card, you don't need a Paypal account, but this is a very secure way for you to pay).
