Internal Process Auditing Fundamentals
Process audits are intended to emphasize the effectiveness of the management system versus mere conformance to the requirements of the International Standard. By looking at the interrelationships of processes, insights are gained on how continual improvement initiatives can streamline and improve processes.
Ideal for new and experienced auditors who will benefit from this refresher and business system perspective. This webinar will include discussions of the benefits of process audits, the ethical considerations in auditing, planning process audits, conducting process audits, and the importance of thorough follow-up in the audit process.
Each participant will receive a training manual that will follow the power point presentation to provide for efficient note-taking.
Richard Everhardt is a graduate of Bowling Green State University (M.S. Education) with over 35 years’ experience in small business, management and supervisory training, management development and quality management consulting. He has lead the quality management certification efforts in over seventy-five companies. He is a staff member of the Owens Community College and has served as adjunct faculty at numerous colleges and universities. He has authored training materials used in businesses and schools throughout the United States. He is an inductee into the Marketing Education Hall of Fame and the recipient of Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” for his work with entrepreneurs. He has earned Lead Auditor Status for ISO 9001:2008 and is a Lead Auditor for AQA International and NSF-ISR.
