Course Description 

Designed for packaging producers and suppliers to food companies who wish to develop and implement a HACCP program, this two-day training provides an overview of HACCP and its application along the packaging supply chain.   We will also share HACCP models for packaging materials (e.g. rigid plastics, cartons, cut and stack labels, and composite cans).
