The Corrective Action Process

Is the corrective action process in your organization truly bringing about long term continual improvement of your processes?  Are actual solutions to problems being implemented or do you find the same problems recurring?  Do individuals in your organization see corrective actions positive vs. punitive activities?  If the answer to any of those questions is "no" you will benefit from this seminar. Designed to present the difference between "fixing" and "solving" problems, the corrective action process will be thoroughly investigated.
Each participant will receive a training manual that will follow the power point presentation to provide for efficient note-taking.
