Webinar - Improving Process Improvements

Cost: $189.00 Per Person

Within any documented management system is the underlying requirement that the organization improve its processes to better meet customer requirements, environmental compliance, or health and safety conditions, for example.  How that is accomplished is left to the organization to determine the best approach to take.  This webinar will focus on activities involved in determining the need for the improvement of processes through monitoring and measuring, target setting (key performance indicators), improvement plan development and how to track the accomplishment of the targets.  The webinar will provide many specific examples of the types of improvement targets that can be set in any organization and a practical improvement plan to bring about improvements deemed necessary by management.

Each participant will receive a training manual that will follow the power point presentation to provide for efficient note-taking.
