Group Agility Training

Learn the four major principles of agility development and get a detailed explanation of how the arm and leg cycles relate to the biomechanics and physics of agility development.  This session will teach you how to train agility relative to all positions throughout sports.  You will learn to use the Poe Course Distance Formulas to effectively and efficiently design proper training distances for specific positions.  This session will also explain the basic types of equipment used to train all phases of agility and will conclude with the fundamental drills of group agility training.
