RSM McGladrey Network Leadership Forum
May 31 – June 2, 2009
The Fairmont Dallas

We are pleased to welcome your entire leadership team to the RSM McGladrey Network Leadership Forum!  This year the Network Forum is changing to the Network Leadership Forum to include your firm’s entire leadership team in the following functional areas: Tax, A&A, Technology, HR/Firm Administration, Managing Partner and COO. These functional leaders have typically met separately at different times during the spring or summer with their Network peers, but this year the Network Leadership Forum will bring them together in one place, at one time, to focus on both the technical and leadership topics facing your firms every day. Your team will receive a consistent message with our high-impact general session content and keynote speaker focused on the topic of organizational execution. The Network Leadership Forum will also provide time to meet as a firm before even leaving the conference to discuss learnings and pinpoint key takeaways for implementation.

(Functional roundtables and Netgroups that have typically met twice per year will continue to do so with separate sessions in the fall or winter.)
