•Hands on implementation success stories with pre/post data
•Action research or research study on or related to PBIS implementation

Volunteer Opportunities:
We need volunteers to help Monday and Tuesday February 22& 23 in our office and on-site during the conference. Volunteers receive a discounted rate to attend the conference.  Please contact Ron Tjaden rctjaden@hotmail.com for more information and to submit your application.
 
 Credit/CEUs/Clock hours:

Graduate or undergraduate credit, CEUs and Washington Clock Hours are available through Portland State University.

To receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or WA Clock Hours you must:

  1. Register and make payment online ($20);
  2. Attend the conference. Participants earn 0.6 CEUs / WA Clock Hours for each full day of conference attended or awards in 0.1 increments equivalent to the number of instruction hours only;
  3. Verify attendance on-site at the PSU “For Credit” exhibit table;
  4. For WA Clock Hours complete 1 – 3 above and fill out WA Clock Hour form (OSPI affidavit of attendance, available at the “For Credit” exhibit table). Leave your signed form with the PSU representative before leaving the conference.

To receive 1 graduate or undergraduate credit:  

  • Attend the conference for at least TWO full days – February 24, 25 and  26, 2016
  • Complete a course registration form on site 
  • Complete and submit an assignment for a letter grade by due date (TBD)
    • List the sessions you attended: title, speaker
    • Write a two-page (single spaced, typed) paper to include at least one concept learned in a session you attended you would like to make a part of your practice.  Include a reflection about how it supported or challenged your prior knowledge or assumptions.Include a lesson plan or work plan describing how you plan to implement this new concept or strategy into your classroom or work place

Payment Instructions

  • Registration fee includes attendance to the conference, conference materials, continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunches.

    *Registration Fees:

    Early Bird Rates (available through January 23, 2016):

    $325 Full Conference (3 days)

    $250 for Two-day Registration

    $150 for One-day Registration

     

    *Fees increase by $25 on January 24, 2016.  An additional $10 charge will be added for on-site registration after 5:00 pm on February 22, 2016 to reduce additional costs incurred.


    Purchase Orders
    Registrations made with purchase orders are not confirmed until the purchase order is received. Please note: a PO alone is not sufficient for registration.  Attendees MUST be registered online.  Purchase orders are due by February 21, 2016 and must contain the following information: 
      - School name, billing address, and phone number 
      - Accounts Payable contact name, phone number, and email address 
      - The names and number of registrants on the PO must match the pending registrations 
      - Value of the purchase order
