Vendors

  • Ten vendor spaces are available outside the conference rooms.
  • Each vendor table is a covered 5ft table with two chairs and electricity.
  • There is a $50 vendor registration fee and a $100 craft donation upon set-up.
  • Vendors can set-up on Wednesday, September 28th at 7 a.m.
  • Vendors are invited to attend the opening reception on Tuesday, September 27th at 6 p.m.
  • Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, September 28th and Thursday, September 29th are included in the registration fee.


Exhibitors

  • Five exhibitor spaces are available outside the conference rooms.
  • Each exhibitor table is a covered 5ft table with two chairs and electricity.
  • There is a $400 exhibitor registration fee and an additional $100 per guest.
  • Exhibitors can set-up on Wednesday, September 28th at 7 a.m
  • Exhibitors are invited to attend the opening reception on Tuesday, September 27th at 6 p.m.
  • Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, September 28th and Thursday, September 29th are included in the registration fee.
