How much does the Conference cost?

 The Conference registration fees are as follows:
General Registration   $495 
Early Bird Registration*  $445
State Team Members**  $395
*Early Bird registration ends at midnight on April 14th.
**State Team Members will be sent a discount code by their State Team Leads.

How do I pay for my Conference registration?
Payments can be made by credit card, purchase order, or check. Payment by credit card is due at the time you register online. Payment by purchase orders are due by the opening of the conference at 2:00 PM on May 11th.

Purchase Orders:
Please make checks out to Arizona State University. For questions regarding purchase orders, please contact Aaron Wiley at aaron.wiley@asu.edu. Payment is due prior to the start of the conference.

How do I generate an invoice?

Your confirmation email will have an option on the right hand side to generate an invoice.

I did not receive a receipt. How do I get a receipt?
  1. Click the “Register Now” button on the Global Pathways Institute Website, or go to https://www.regonline.com/westernpathwaysconference 
  2. You will either: (a) Be taken to the first page of registration where you will click “View or Change Your Existing Registration” in the top right corner, OR (b) Be taken to a Sign-in page with a single field for entering your email address.
  3. Enter your email address and click “Continue” 
  4. “Verify Email to Continue” will pop up on the screen. Check your email for a verification link. 
  5. Click the verification link in your email. 
  6. This page will enable you to:
  • View, print, or email registration record and receipt
  • Make a substitution
  • Start a new registration using this email address
  • Add another person to your registration
  • Edit your personal info or agenda selections

Do you accept cancellations or provide refunds?

Conference registrations are non-refundable, but may be substituted for a different individual.

How do I substitute another individual for my registration?

I received an email that my registration was incomplete. How do I complete my registration?
When your registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email. You may have missed a step or clicked away from the registration form. Go to https://www.regonline.com/westernpathwaysconference and attempt to complete the registration again. If you are still having difficulties, please use the contact information below for assistance.

What is a State Team?
State Teams work collectively and collaboratively to develop a State Action Plan for improving education and workforce development. These plans must be realistic and achievable and will be revisited in future conferences to check on progress made. State Team Members are key stakeholders in the state, including, but not limited to, leaders from chambers of commerce, workforce boards, universities, community colleges, Governor’s staff, Education Committee Chairs, industry associations, school districts, foundations, nonprofits, etc. State Teams coordinate prior to the Conference, develop their State Action Plan during the Conference, and maintain momentum after the Conference by working together to implement the action items.

How do I become a State Team Member?
You can sign up on the Global Pathways Institute website or be recruited by a State Team Lead.

I am a State Team Member and plan to register during Early Bird Registration. Do I still receive the $50 Early Bird discount?

Only one discount can be credited to your registration fee. State Team Members do not receive an additional discount for registering early and should register using the discount code provided to them by their State Team Leader.

Where can I see the conference agenda and speaker list?

The Conference agenda will be updated periodically on the Global Pathways Institute Website and at www.westernpathwaysconference.com.

Are hotel rooms secured automatically or do I need to make a reservation?
Hotel rooms are not secured automatically. You can book your hotel room during registration, at the checkout page of your registration, or by using the contact information and/or link below:

  • Call 1-877-303-0104 (Reference Western Pathways to receive the discounted room rate)
Do I receive a hotel discount?
Yes. The discounted room rate is $169/night. The discounted rate is available for booking on May 8-14. The discounted room rate will be available until April 21st or once the room block is sold out, whichever comes first.

How do I get a discount code if I am a sponsor?

Your organization should have received their discount code in an email. If you are still unsure, use the contact information on the first page or at the end of this document to secure the discount code.

What does my registration include?

Registration includes five meals, one evening reception, and all three days of the conference.
