13th Annual Huntington's Disease Therapeutics Conference: A Forum for Drug Discovery & Development

Palm Springs, California
Monday, February 26, 2018
Conference participants are strongly encouraged to present a poster summarizing their current research efforts. It is not mandatory, however.

If you choose to present a poster, you are required to select one of seven topics that your poster best fits under (during the abstract submission process). Formal poster presentations will be conducted on Wednesday afternoon. The afternoon will be divided up into two sessions, A and B. Each session will be devoted to several of the seven poster topics and will last for an hour and 30 minutes. A panel of judges will be present and will select the top 3 posters. Those selected will give a brief, 10 minute podium presentation. On Wednesday evening there will be a cocktail reception with ballots available for poster voting (top 3). Prizes will be awarded, among those, a full ride to the HD Therapeutics Conference in 2019. The winners will be announced at the conclusion of the conference on Thursday afternoon.

Poster presenters will receive their formal presentation session (A or B), a slot number and instructions on how and where to hang their poster upon check-in at the registration desk. All posters should be hung by Tuesday morning before the start of the first session.
