OUR BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

RCNi (“we”) accept bookings from delegates (“you”) for places at the conference on the following terms and conditions.

Requirements
1. If you have any specific access or dietary requirements please contact the Event Management Team.

Payment and confirmation
2. As soon as you have submitted your booking your place at the event is confirmed and you are liable for payment.
3. Once booked, we will send you email confirmation which will include your invoice showing the outstanding balance. 
4. If payment was made via card when booking online, this balance will show as zero.  
5. If you selected to pay upon invoice, our invoice terms are 30 days or prior to the event date, whichever is the earliest. You can settle your invoice via bank transfer or by calling our accounts team and paying by card over the phone. The details of both payment methods will be clearly stated on your invoice.  
6. The PO payment method is available up until 30 days prior to the event. After this time bookings can only be made via credit card payment. 
7. If you have not received confirmation of your booking within 7 days of the event, please contact the Event Management Team as we may not have received your booking. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of information.
8. Whilst in attendance at the event, if we reasonably consider that your behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, dangerous or illegal, we may ban you from further participation in the event without a refund.

Discounts
9. Discount codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied once the booking has been processed. Only one type of discount can be used per booking.

Cancellations and non-attendance
10. Please note we cannot accept cancellations and any non-attendance must be paid for
11. If you have booked your place and are unable to attend you may, at the discretion of the Event Management Team, transfer to another event or a substitute delegate can be nominated. Both of these requests must be made via email to the Event Management Team prior to the event. All bookings must be paid for prior to transfer. 
12. If you do not attend the event, you are still liable for payment, as per the cancellation policy stated above.
13. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice.
