George Arrants
Medium/Heavy Duty Alliance Manager, ASE Education Foundation
George Arrants works with the ASE Education Foundation to develop and implement an initiative for the medium/heavy truck industry to partner industry and education and open opportunities for student internships across the country like what is already in place in the automotive industry. As an Automotive Education Consultant specializing in NATEF/ASE Accreditation, he works with instructors and administrators to develop partnerships with local business and industry through the programs advisory committees and guides them through the ASE/NATEF program accreditation. He holds ASE certifications in Automotive & Medium/Heavy Duty Truck, Parts Specialist (Truck & Auto) and Service Consultant.

Sean Bliss
Vice President of Sales, Indirect Spend, Corcentric
With more than 15 years of procurement transformation experience, Sean Bliss leads Corcentric’s Indirect Procurement team, providing customers with expanded saving opportunities in their indirect spend categories and helping to optimize management over working capital.
Prior to joining Corcentric Sean Bliss worked with The Hertz Corporation and IBM’s Global Business Services as a Senior Managing Consultant specializing in the strategic sourcing of indirect spend.

Jane Clark
Vice President of Member Services, NationaLease
Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Michael Fox
Highway Investigator, NTSB
Mike is a Highway Accident Investigator for the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and is stationed at the headquarters office in Washington, DC. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The Citadel, Charleston, South Carolina. Mike also holds a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from Norwich University, Northfield, Vermont. Mike started his career in the Army and achieved the rank of Captain. After serving in the Army Mike spent 13 years in the trucking, air freight, and logistics industry before becoming an investigator with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. While at FMCSA, he was an accident reconstructionist and CVSA certified inspector for commercial motor vehicles and hazardous materials. Mike served 11 years a Special Agent for FMCSA and conducted hundreds of investigations before joining the Safety Board. Mike has served 6 years at the Board and is currently assigned to the Central Go-Team. 

Andrew Stasiowski
Director of Government Relations, TRALA
Andrew Stasiowski has been the Director of Government Relations for the Truck Renting and Leasing Association (TRALA) since June of 2015. In this capacity he represents TRALA before Members of Congress, federal agencies, and state legislatures. He has lobbied on issues including tax reform, insurance mandates, and federal pre-emption for trucks operating in interstate commerce. Prior to joining TRALA, he worked on Capitol Hill for seven years as a Senior Legislative Assistant to Rep. Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV). During that time he advised the Congresswoman on a wide-range of policy, including serving as her committee designee to the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the Financial Services Committee. Andrew lives in Bethesda, MD with his wife Catherine and their daughter Vivian.
