Although online registration is preferred, you may register at the registration desk each morning.  The registration desk will open 30 minutes prior to the start of each day. 

Please bring your confirmation letter with you to the registration table marked “pre-registration.” Walk-in registrations will only be accepted in the line marked “on-site registrations.” 

Payment Methods
PEHSC accepts checks, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard. Please do not mail cash. If necessary, cash payments will be accepted on-site during the conference. Online registration is available at www.paemsconference.org for your convenience.

Returned Checks
There will be a $35.00 fee assessed for a returned checks.

Fireman’s Relief Association Funds
It has long been a consistent position of DCED that training sessions provided at EMS and other conferences may be paid with relief association funds. In order for reimbursement to be made (or for direct payments), the training must be consistent with satisfying certification or recertification of basic EMS training requirements. CEU’s for basic medical support for non-certified personnel are also included in this approval for reimbursement.

Badges and Continuing Education Cards
Upon registration, all conference attendees will receive a name badge and continuing education cards. The badges must be worn at all times to enter conference sessions. The continuing education cards must be presented at each session you attend to validate your attendance for continuing education purposes. If you lose your cards, please visit the registration table.

Continuing Education Credits
The Pennsylvania Department of Health will issue continuing education credits for each approved session of the conference. The con-ed hours listed in the brochure are subject to change. Please check your on-site registration packet for any changes.  Registered nurses must complete a nursing roster and course evaluation packet to receive continuing education.  

Cancellation Policy
Conference registrations may be refunded up to 100% if a written request is provided to PEHSC at least 30 days prior to the start date of the conference in which the attendee is enrolled.  No refunds will be awarded after that date.  PEHSC is not responsible for the refund of funds paid, directly or indirectly, to organizations which have deadlines other than the above policy.

Lunch will be provided each day. 

Refreshment Breaks
Refreshment breaks are included and will be offered each day of the conference. Please refer to your on-site registration packet for the times and locations of refreshment breaks.  Refreshments and meals will be served in the exhibit hall whenever possible to allow attendees to interact with the vendors.
