Overview

The Green Building Focus high performance building renovation & retrofit seminar is designed to provide property owners and facility managers as well as architects and engineers tangible solutions and strategies for existing buildings. The one day format provides 5 hours of continuing education for attendees and includes an introduction to LEED for existing buildings. It explains the benefits of commissioning and retro-commissioning, discusses performance monitoring/reporting and provides details on funding sources and incentives for retrofits. The aim of the seminar is to empower professionals by providing the tools and information that they need to make better choices when designing, constructing and managing buildings and exposing them to the latest international trends and techniques, most innovative technologies and materials as well as proven best practices in maintaining high-performance buildings
