Leave FPC parking lot Sunday at 1:30pm
Pick-up will be at the FPC parking lot on Friday at 3:30pm.

Cost of Trip:  $250
Payable with credit card, personal check or FPC Grocery funds.
Reduce your cost $50 by attending the World Vision Day on April 20th. (check this box on the check-out page)

Important Dates:
Thursday, March 22nd - Online Registration Begins
Sunday, April 15th - Parent Information Meeting, 12:30-1:30pm in the Fallout of FPC.  Lunch provided.
Friday, April 20th - World Vision Service Day, 12:15-4:45pm.  Meet at the church main lot.
Sunday, May 13th - Commissioning of the Mission Trip attenders at FPC, 9:10a-12:15p. (Mandatory)
Thursday, May 17th: Final day to register, pay and complete paperwork (Habitat for Humanity and LaPuente volunteer forms).
