E*TRADE Directions is the premier event for equity compensation professionals and executives in HR and finance. With a 28-year track record of providing exceptional content and unique networking events, this is the one conference you can’t afford to miss.

Structured around 7 content tracks, the conference will give you opportunities to delve into critical topics in reporting practices, trends, international challenges, employee communication, and much more.  Choose from classroom-style sessions, collaborative workshops, and in-depth how-to sessions – all offered by industry experts and designed to provide you with best practices that you can apply as soon as you return to the office.

E*TRADE Directions 2014 will also feature the Equity Compensation Leadership and Strategy program. Designed for finance and HR professionals at the Director level and above, these interactive sessions will explore successful strategies for aligning executive and equity compensation plans with corporate goals and strategy. Attendees of the Leadership and Strategy program can also choose to attend sessions from any of the other tracks offered at E*TRADE Directions, and have full access to all of the networking events. There is no separate registration required for this program.

Attire:  Suggested conference attire is business casual.  Casual attire is recommended for the evening events.  Name badges will be distributed at registration and must be worn at all conference events.

Special Needs or Requirements:  If you have dietary restrictions, require assistance or need auxiliary aids, please let us know when you register.  We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Continuing Education:  We offer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for many of the sessions at our conference. The number of CPE credits for each session is noted in the session description. A maximum of 13.5 CPE credits are available for the conference. The instructional method is group-live, with no required prerequisites or advance preparation.

E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services, Inc., is registered with the National Association of the State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credits.     Attendee & Guest Cancellation Policy:
    All cancellations for the E*TRADE Directions 2014 Conference must be made via RegOnline by Friday, May 2, 2014.  An automatic refund will be processed following the cancellation.  No cancellations/refunds will be processed after Friday, May 2, 2014.
