“Global Governance: Different Voices Needed to Be Heard” will feature Black and Latino corporate board members in a candid discussion on multiculturalism in today’s increasingly diverse corporate board environment. We will pose bold questions surrounding the racial dynamic, including: What barriers do you still face once on a board? Why hasn’t there been more progress in this area, particularly considering the buying power and prominence of Blacks and Latinos today? and What is the dynamic between Black and Latino senior executives in a city like Miami, where Latinos (not Caucasians) are the majority?

Confirmed participants include:
  • Arnold W. Donald – President and Chief Executive Officer, Carnival Corporation & plc
  •                                        Confirmed Panelists
  • Julia M. Brown – Chief Procurement Officer, Carnival Corporation & plc (Moderator)
