2016 Collective Impact Convening
June 6-9, 2016 | Westin Downtown Seattle
About the Convening
We invite you to join us at the 2016 Collective Impact Convening, featuring three distinct and aligned convenings about collective impact. Join us for audience-specific content for funders of all stages of investing in collective impact, and targeted sessions for leaders of experienced collective impact initiatives. Also, take advantage of joint programming and relationship building with funders, backbone leaders, and local community partners involved in collective impact initiatives.
Collective Impact Funder Convening
Catalyzing Large Scale Change: The Funder’s Role in Collective Impact
Come to the field’s premier convening specifically for those who are funding, or interested in funding, collective impact initiatives. The third annual three-day funder meeting will attract approximately 225 leaders from private foundations, community foundations, United Ways, government agencies, and corporate foundations. The funder convening, which sold out each of the past two years, will provide invaluable opportunities for learning and peer exchange with other funders who are catalyzing change through collective impact.
Note: The Annie E. Casey Foundation invites funder-only participants, registered for the Collective Impact Funder Convening, to attend a
pre-conference session on the application of results-based leadership (RBL) to collective impact and complex collaborative partnerships from the funders’ vantage point
. This interactive and experiential session will begin with an optional dinner on Sunday, June 5 (for those already in Seattle) and will run from 9:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. PST on Monday, June 6.
This session has now reached capacity, and wait list names are no longer being accepted.

Workshop for Leaders of Experienced Collective Impact Initiatives
Don’t miss the second annual workshop for those who are leading mature collective impact initiatives. Space is limited for this workshop, which will attract approximately 100 leaders who are providing backbone leadership for collective initiatives that are several years into implementation.
Collective Impact Community Partners Half-Day Convening (June 8)
We invite anyone currently involved in a collective impact effort in the Pacific Northwest region to attend the first half of Wednesday, June 8, for joint plenary and breakout sessions with funders and experienced backbone leaders. Community partner attendees could include any public, private, and nonprofit leaders who are part of a collective impact planning process. Space is limited for this half-day meeting of approximately 100 community partners.
