    Payment is due by Thursday, February 11, 2016.
    A late fee of  $75 will be added to all registrations received after 8:00 pm February 10, 2016.

    CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

    A registration fee refund will be processed only if the registrant has cancelled registration no later than Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016.  There is a $25 cancellation service charge which will be deducted from the registration fee refund; the remainder of the registration fee will be refunded no later than March 7, 2016.
