Prior to Registering, please note the following;

1.  Flight selection information can be found by clicking Travel Information above. Your FLIGHT INFORMATION is REQUIRED when registering! 

2.  Housing information can be found at Lodging above. Each option includes (for commissioners, staff, and fraternal delegates) room and board from supper Wednesday, June 8 through lunch Tuesday, June 14. Note that regular housing at Sandy Cove is triple-occupancy rooms. You can choose a double-occupancy room for an extra $120, or a single-occupancy room for an extra $300.

3.  The Agenda link above has Schedule details as well as information about the printed GA Agenda.

4.  Family information: If your family is coming, you can add your spouse and children when you register. Indicate your spouse is coming and the number of children on the Personal Information page, and see the Lodging link above for additional information. Note that if you are bringing your spouse and staying at Sandy Cove, it will cost an additional $870 for room and board. Children 17 and under can stay in the room with their parents for no additional charge beyond the meal plan (see pricing on the Lodging link above). If you have any questions, contact the registrar by email or phone.

5. Exhibitors: A limited number of exhibit tables are available at $125/each. If you desire to register as an exhibitor, you must contact the exhibit coordinator John Muether BEFORE registering. Register as the appropriate type (commissioner, visitor, etc.), and purchase an Exhibitor Table on the Additional Items page.
