Women are an important thread in the fabric of American agriculture. Today, women make up more than 30% of farm operators! More young women are returning to the farm to manage human resources, financial reporting, record keeping, as well as production and technology areas on working farms.

With endless opportunities and challenges in farming today, the need to provide education on farm business practices has never been greater. Top Producer is proud to offer the Executive Women in Agriculture (EWA) conference, an event dedicated exclusively to women in agriculture

Now in its sixth year, EWA draws nearly 250 producers and agribusiness professionals from 25 states and Canada!

EWA features dynamic keynote speakers and educational breakout sessions, as well as unique networking opportunities for women farm owners and operators from around the country.
